Shipping policy
Same-Day Delivery in Dubai:
- Orders placed before 6pm qualify for same-day 4 hour delivery within Dubai.
- Minimum order value for free same-day delivery: AED 299.
- Orders below this value will incur a delivery fee of AED 20.
Next-Day Delivery Across UAE For Orders Placed Before 2 PM:
- Orders to Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, and other Emirates are delivered the next working day.
- Delivery charge: AED 20.
- Orders over AED 299 include free next-day delivery.
(Please note that orders made after cut off time 2 PM, will be delivered 2 days after placing the order)
Delivery Times:
- Deliveries are made between 10 AM and 10 PM, Sunday to Friday.
- No deliveries on Saturdays or public holidays.
Order Cut-off Times:
- Orders placed after 6pm will be processed the next day.
- Please ensure your delivery address and contact details are accurate to avoid delays.
Remote Areas:
Delivery to the following remote areas may take 2–3 business days and is subject to additional handling time:
- Al Ain – Al Faqa
- Abu Dhabi – Al Khatim
- Sharjah – Kalba, Khor Fakkan
- Fujairah – Masafi, Mirbah
- Ras Al Khaimah – Shimal, Wadi Ghalilah
- Umm Al Quwain – Falaj Al Mualla

Shipping policy
Same-Day Delivery in Dubai:
- All paid orders within Dubai are processed as Express deliveries and are typically delivered within 1–2 hours, depending on the customer’s location.
- Orders placed before 6 PM qualify for same-day delivery within Dubai (typically within a 4-hour window, subject to availability).
- Orders placed after 5:30 PM must be paid online to be delivered the same day.
- If paid online → delivered the same day (within Dubai).
- If Cash on Delivery / unpaid online → delivered the next day.
Other Cities (All Emirates Outside Dubai)
- Same-day delivery is available if the order is placed before 10 AM.
- These orders are delivered the same day by 10 PM.
- Orders placed after 10 AM will be delivered the next working day.
Delivery charges (other Emirates):
- AED 30 for orders below AED 100.
- AED 20 for orders AED 100–299.
- Free next-day delivery for orders AED 299 and above.
Remote Areas:
